We’re looking for a strategic thinker to manage the performance and development of our product portfolio. As the Customer Strategy, Solutions & Pricing Specialist, your role will focus on competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and ensuring alignment across product features, customer experience, and marketing initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth, evaluate profitability, and create solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and the market.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess market trends, customer expectations, and emerging technologies, ensuring that our products and solutions are aligned with current and future demands. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will contribute to shaping the long-term strategic direction of our offerings, while driving impactful decisions that optimize market share and enhance the customer experience.

Major Responsibilities:
- Ensure the long-term success and viability of the Easymax product portfolio by driving strategic growth and profitability.- Identify and champion opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, improve market positioning, and strengthen Easymax’s overall value proposition.- Leverage market insights to develop and implement pricing and product strategies that maximize retail margin, market share, and profitability across renewals, acquisitions, and retention.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of pricing and product initiatives on operations, brand, marketing, policy, and market trends.- Responsible for financial modelling, scenario planning and product profitability analysis to ensure alignment with company objectives, market trends and customer experience- Lead initiatives to streamline processes, enhance operational agility, and optimize customer engagement across multiple touchpoints.- Ability to articulate requirements, build business cases and present to executive

Education Required:
- Degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or other related discipline from an accredited University.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of related industry and technical experience required.- Strong understanding of profitability analysis, market share optimization, and customer experience enhancement.- Ability to leverage data-driven insights to align pricing and product initiatives, customer experience, and market trends to achieve business objectives.- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization required. Must be able to transform data into clear, insightful visualizations. Capable of creating advanced yet user-friendly dashboards and dynamic models.

Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
