Position Overview
We are seeking a
Solutions Director
to lead the development of integrated solutions that leverage multiple data sources to deliver enhanced operational insights and value. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and customer engagement skills to drive innovation and ensure successful solution deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications And Skills

  • PHD degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in oil & gas technology solutions, data integration, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of downhole monitoring systems and reservoir optimization.
  • Proven track record in solution design, project management, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
