Key Responsibilities Uphold GEO PSI's core values—commitment with accountability, teamwork, integrity, innovation, and persistence—in all professional activities. Design and implement integrated solutions combining downhole data with other operational datasets to optimize performance and efficiency. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their operational challenges and tailor solutions to meet their needs. Work with internal teams—including engineering, product development, and data analytics—to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions. Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance GEO PSI's offerings and maintain industry leadership. Oversee solution implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. Provide technical guidance and training to customers and internal teams on solution capabilities and best practices. Your Qualities Troubleshooting Mindset – Determine causes of operating errors and solve problems. Time Management – Understand job requirement and time frame in meeting deadlines. Qualifications And Skills PHD degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related field. 10+ years of experience in oil & gas technology solutions, data integration, or similar roles. Strong understanding of downhole monitoring systems and reservoir optimization. Proven track record in solution design, project management, and customer engagement.
