**Job Summary**

**Duties**

  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, proofreading, and maintaining office files.
  • Answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
  • Utilize computerized systems for scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
  • Support the team with various projects as needed. Good phone manner and able to support sales team.

**Qualifications**

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
