We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with a strong accounting and Bookkeeping background to support our executive team and manage various administrative tasks in our both
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks;
- Prepare and maintain budgets, and expense tracking;
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings;
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for executives;
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed;
- Maintain office supplies inventory and placed orders when necessary;
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages;
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems;
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders;
- Facilitate effective communication within the organization;
- Handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion;
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements;
- Resolve routine administrative and accounting issues proactively;
- Maintains office records.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration, or a related field;
- 2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant and Bookkeeping;
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Discretion in handling confidential information;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint effectively.
