Inventory Coordinator (Jewelry & Retail)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to help us maintain exceptional standards behind the scenes across our five retail locations in the Greater Toronto Area.

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Inventory Coordinatorto help bring structure, accuracy, and visual documentation to our growing inventory. Initially, the position will require approximately 49 hours of work to help us complete a major inventory update project. Afterward, it will transition into a flexible 8-hours-per-week role with the potential for growth in hours and wages as the company expands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Travel to all five Mulu Jewelry locations to:

- Count, verify, and categorize existing inventory
- Tag items and organize them by gem type and other descriptors
- Update inventory details in the POS system (Lightspeed)
- Photograph products using our provided setup for website and POS listings
- Print product tags and update product records
- Receive new inventory shipments:

- Organize, tag, and record new items
- Update POS system entries with descriptions, categories, and images
- Monitor product movement:

- Track inventory sold, transferred between stores, or returned
- Assist in maintaining clean, accurate inventory records to support the sales and operations teams
- Collaborate with the management team to improve inventory processes over time

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma required; college diploma preferred
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required)
- Experience working with POS systems (Lightspeed POS experience is a plus)
- Basic technology skills: laptop usage, handheld scanner, tag printer, digital camera setup
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
- English required; Farsi is an asset but not mandatory
- Previous experience in retail, inventory management, or jewelry a strong asset

Compensation:

- Starting at Ontario minimum wage
- As we grow, your hours and wage can grow with usbased on performance and company expansion

Schedule:

- Initial project: Approx. 49 hours (flexible completion timeline)
- Ongoing role: Approximately 8 hours per week with a flexible schedule
- Daytime work preferred for store access

Work Location:

- In-person across our five retail locations in the Greater Toronto Area

Pay: From $17.25 per hour
