That's why we need your expertise and passion to complete our team The role we are offering you: By joining our multidisciplinary risk management teams, you will have the opportunity to help maintain and coordinate CAE’s global risk management protocols and key activities creating a safe environment for our clients and employees. For the Flight department - Provide all required administrative support such as: - Coordinate administrative tasks; manage the agenda and meetings calendar. - Manage invoices in & out, the Oracle system, Concur, Payables and Receivables. - Manage schedules air transportation and hotels booking. - Responsible for Notice of Visit creation. - Maintain contact lists. - Complete and provide cost transfer when required. - Read incoming correspondence and take action accordingly. - Follow up with accounting regarding any payment issues. - Handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications with suppliers. - Handle confidential information for the department. For Risk management department - Ready to: - Coordinate administrative tasks in preparation info session for the risk & BCM department. - Coordinate administrative tasks and written communication for the crisis committee. - Participate actively in the improvement of the methods, tools and processes. - Prepare and update necessary management reports. Your strengths: - College or professional degree in secretarial studies, or equivalent combination of related training and experience. - 1 to 3 years previous experience as an Administrative Assistant. - Excellent organizational and planning skills. - Multitasking skills. - Adept and versatile with modern office technology, resourceful. - Good attention to detail, team spirit, flexibility, tact, diplomacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Take initiative, autonomous and willing to learn. - Ability to effectively manage the pressure and stress imposed by deadlines. - Effective time management; autonomous and responsible. - Maintain high level of confidentiality. - Ability to interact with staff at all levels. - Ability to create positive relationships with customers. - In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Concur). - Experience creating PowerPoint presentations. - Perfectly bilingual (French and English).
