A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE:

- ERP system reporting. Including key reports and data used company wide.
- Learn BambooHR, Hubspot, Quote, etc. to be able to train new and existing employees as needed.
- Working with Industrial Trainer to create a training matrix for all levels.
- Create storyboards and training scenarios that replicate user experience. Design training sessions and classes/courses.
- Develop training courses.
- Analyze end user skills pre and post training to recommend course and/or material improvements.
- Develop and maintain training schedules, materials and curriculum.
- Audit use and understanding of systems, and success of training monthly, to update or add any required training.
- Design manuals using simple language for all levels.
- Conduct skill gap analyses for all employees related to Teams and Fenevision.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with mínimal supervision
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity
- Effective presentation and teaching skills and the ability to persuade staff to embrace change
