Overview:
We are a growing real estate brokerage seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Conveyancer. As a Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare documents related to property transactions
- Coordinate with real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
- Coordinating with lawyers and creating payouts and sending excess funds

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in conveyancing is required
- Quick learner and a team player
- Technical experience in Google Suite, Lone Wolf, Skyslope is not mandatory, but would be preferred
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize

Compensation will be based on the experience.

**Salary**: From $48,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
