WHO WE NEED

We are looking for a solicitor with 2-5 years of legal experience to join our corporate and real estate group. We are seeking a personable lawyer to represent our clients in real estate development, commercial lending, commercial and residential conveyances merger and acquisition transactions, corporate restructuring, contract reviews including buy/sell agreements and corporate governance. We would like someone who works with both small and large businesses. Our expectation is you will manage transactions from start to finish while demonstrating creativity, keen negotiation skills, and diligence throughout the process to ensure our clients achieve the best possible outcomes.

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE

SALARY

$103,000 to $125,000 depending on year of call and previous experience, premised on annual billable hours of 1,500.
