**Are you up to date?**
- Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls
- Experience with full cycle accounting, including journal entries, financial statement reconciliations, month end close process
- Experience with payroll processing and payroll rules
- Ability to lead projects and work with non-financial team members to help understand financial information and make appropriate business decisions
- Attention to detail and low tolerance for data errors
- Experience with multi-site process integrations and implementations
- Experience with change management

Primary Direct Reports: None

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the implementation team to onboard newly acquired clinics to standardized processes.
- Lead the implementation of best practices at clinic level to standardize daily sales reconciliation and cash handling.
- Work with management to provide financial analysis to assist in business decisions.
- Monthly analysis and preparation of financial metrics and presentations to management, shareholders and lending institutions.
- Complete monthly financial close and preparation of related reconciliations.
- Weekly review of sales and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and completeness of revenues.
- Review and approve payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of clinic payroll, including bonus calculations and doctors payments.
- Work with clinic managers as a key contact between clinics and head office accounting to answer finance related questions.
- Work with management and clinic managers on budgeting, P&L, gross margin, labor and operating cost analysis.
- Assist in the development of the company's accounting and reporting systems to capture data from external systems from multiple entities, build KPI reporting, and implement automation to streamline accounting and reporting.
