**Position Overview**:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our team, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring effective communication. Proficiency in both English and French is a requirement for this full-time, permanent, in-office position.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Learn and utilize company software systems for efficient customer communication.

Place orders through various communication channels.

Familiarity with stock and price lists, providing information about offerings.

Coordinate with sales representatives regarding pricing and promotions.

Collect and analyze customer feedback.

Resolve issues and troubleshoot technical problems.

Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders into the system.

Collaborate with the warehouse to track and manage order shipments.

Provide product knowledge and support to customers during the order process.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in both English and French.
- College Diploma or equivalent or above.
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Attention to detail.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Annual salary range: $42,000 - $48,000.
- Full-time, permanent position with benefits.

**Availability and Location**:

- Availability: Monday to Friday.
- Schedule provided by Customer Service Manager.
- In-person position at 3900 Weston Rd, North York, ON M9L 1W4
