Edmonton, Canada Conscious Foundation Construction Ltd Full time

Must have 1+ years experience building residential foundations with duraform/resiform.
- Hours fluctuate based on work availability. (Some optional/bonus weekend work if desired.)
- Carry/place ~90lb panels (duraform) for multiple hours at a time.
- Use chalk/plum/level to mark out foundation according to blueprints.
- Read blueprints
- Cut/tie/place steel reinforcement.
- assemble/disassemble forms (duraform)
- square/level walls
- assist in pouring concrete
- work on and assemble scaffold
- use power and hand tools
- driving between job sites all over Edmonton/(occasionally greater Edmonton area)
- work in a manner that is safe while following the site/safety requirements of customers/builders/contractors.
- Work outside, winter and summer, in all types of weather, rain, snow, shine.
- Work independently/without supervision.

Requirements of employment:

- CSTS
- **Class 5 or greater license and your own vehicle**.
- Tool pouch
- hard hat/steel toe boots (rubber steel toes also recommended for working in mud)
- Basic hand tools: Including hammer/measuring tape/cats paw.

Work efficiently as a team and alone while meeting daily deadlines.

Be proficient in a fast paced work environment.

An interest in learning/developing related skills.

Be okay working with fluctuating hours. Although we try to keep hours from 7:30am - 4:30 pm we may end sooner or later than these times as needed to complete jobs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Concrete: 1 year (preferred)
