The outbound sales position will drive you to challenge your efficiency and productivity at being a successful cold caller and lead generator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize, build and manage customer relationships with clients established through cold calls and sales cycle.
- High volume cold calling to inaugurate a successful client base to manage.
- Meet with potential clients to build rapport.
- Provide exchange rate quotes for 200+ currencies; mainly major currencies.
- Client retention through continued dedication for customer service & support.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the foreign exchange market to provide market insight to clients.
- Compliance/AML knowledgeable
- Set game plan on 6 figure income.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Excellent communicator
- Passion for sales
- Comfortable working under pressure as we are very goal-driven to hit targets
- Strong work ethic as results in cold calls, trade shows & networking events will build a comprehensive book to manage
- Successfully explain our digital marketing services and help prospects understand how they will benefit from using them
- Research industry trends and target demographics
- Grow your client portfolio by building a sales pipeline
- Operate and utilize our CRM (Salesforce)
- High level of integrity and great customer service

Pay: $38,985.61-$155,185.82 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
