Intragrad aims to tackle inefficient education outcomes and labor market challenges including equitable access, debt relief, academic completion rates as well as long-term employability and employee retention.

We are looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiter to help us source staff for our open positions. (Please note that this is not an HR position. It is strictly a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment position.)

Job Role Includes:

- Organized
- Have strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Experience with Excel
- experience with Indeed and Zip Recruiter helpful
- Able to process large of information in a short amount of time
- Able to work quickly in a very fast-paced environment
- Able to reliably work from home for the entire shift
- Able to communicate with Team members in an effective and respectful way
- Comfortable with phone work
- Experience with analyzing information on a resume

Salary to be determined based on experience.

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
