Overview:
**EXPLEO CANADA** is looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** **(Bilingual English and French)** to join a dynamic and expanding team in **Toronto, ON.**

**Qualifications**:

- **
3+ years of recruiting experience in Aerospace, Information Technology, or Engineering sector**:

- ** Fluency in English and French, both oral and written; business correspondence skills in French & English**:

- Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding initiatives as well as networking skills
- Passionate about finding top talent; true 'hunter' mentality, go-getter, flexible and adaptable
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
- Ability to generate reports and to develop and/or track metrics on a regular basis
- Strong interpersonal skills (both written and oral) and the ability to communicate and interact with all levels in an organization
- Proven organizational skills that allow you to prioritize tasks effectively, manage your time efficiently, multitask, and meet multiple and/or conflicting deadlines

Reporting to the Account Manager, the **Talent Acquisition Specialist** selects and recruits the best talents according to the specific needs of the company. In these functions, you will perform the following duties in the recruitment cycle:

- Use of various search tools such as: Database / Indeed / LinkedIn, etc.
- Conduct screening interviews
- Submit curriculum vitae to managers / clients
- Coordinate and conduct interviews (in person or video)
- Update the HR database and ensure the quality of the information
- Prepare and update daily reports (HR report, daily recruitment, KPI, etc.)
