The Talent Acquisition Advisor will partner with the sales and marketing organizations.

**You are great at**:

- Acting as a strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor to your Hiring Managers.
- Expertly managing the full-life cycle of recruiting for your positions (source, pre-qualify, interview, assess, extend/negotiate offers).
- Proactively using your expertise to uncover talent and influence hiring decisions to achieve the best talent outcome.
- Being a champion of our talent brand and our value proposition.
- Actively contributing to our continuous recruitment excellence initiatives and projects.
- Researching and understanding talent markets, competitor profiles and industry trends.
**What it takes**:

- Required: Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in software.
- Excellent sourcing and data mining skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of the enterprise software market and industry.
- Experience has used multiple e-recruiting platforms like web-based ATS’, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
- A relentless focus on finding the best talent, leveraging a variety of platforms, systems and techniques.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with Hiring Managers.
- Demonstrated ability to assess talent utilizing formal methodologies.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 15 months

Pay: $30.00-$33.00 per hour
