**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years culinary experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant
- Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Italian is an asset.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Job Duties:

- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
