Osetra Restaurant is a new Contemporary Seafood restaurant opening this year in the lobby of the Deloitte Summit building at 410 West Georgia. Focusing on local ingredients and technique driven cookery the restaurant is helmed by local industry veterans and hopes to make an impact as a great new addition to the downtown dining scene.
We are looking to add full time Chef De Partie level cooks to our team who will be an integral part of our opening and daily services. This position is ideal for people who are organized and can manage their time and duties responsibly.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Manage inventory and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary seafood cuisine and local ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is an asset.
