**Job Summary**

We are a growing electrical contracting company with a tight-knit, supportive team. Our success is built on hard work, trust, and strong relationships — both within our team and with our clients. As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated and dependable **Office Administrator** to join us. You'll work directly with the owner but are expected to be self-sufficient and take initiative in your daily responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general clerical duties (filing, data entry, document management)
- Create and maintain project files and work orders
- Generate and submit customer invoices
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks
- Communicate clearly and fluently in English, both written and verbal
- Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed
- **Skills**:

- Perform general clerical duties (filing, data entry, document management)

- Generate and submit customer invoices
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks
- Communicate clearly and fluently in English, both written and verbal

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
