**HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR'S KEY JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- HR Coordinator is responsible for the organization of company **Payroll**, **Timesheets**, and **Benefits**:

- Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Arranges and sets up interviews for multiple departments, and assists in the onboarding procedure for Management and Accounting
- Prepares employees for work by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results through curated review processes and procedures.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and provincial requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
- Retains historical human resource records, organized and properly stored in both digital and physical storage.

- 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles
- 3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
