IMPORTANT NOTE: You will be hired as an independent contractor. You can earn daily and weekly CASH bonuses, as well as monthly commission pay on top of your salary.
**We’re looking for a hungry, sharp, and self-motivated Account Manager who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and isn’t just looking for a 9-5. You’ll be managing client accounts, collecting recurring payments, negotiating settlements, and keeping clients on track — but more than that, we want someone who thinks like an entrepreneur. What you put in is what you’ll get out — and if you’re the right person, you’ll be rewarded handsomely.**
**You need to be confident, results-oriented, organized, and great with people. Strong communication, task management, and tech skills are a must. If you want to build something great, hit big goals, and aim for the stars**
**Duties**
- Own and manage a portfolio of 200+ accounts with precision and urgency
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients while keeping pressure on merchants
- Contact merchants directly and negotiate aggressive settlements — this is where you get paid
- Be your own detective: research merchants, find leverage, and use it to close strong deals
- Use CRMs and AI tools to streamline your workflow and stay on top of everything
- Stay organized and proactive — no hand-holding here, we need someone who moves fast and smart
- Tailor strategies and communication styles to get results — creativity and grit go a long way
- Track payment performance and make sure nothing slips through the cracks
- Push for performance — both for your portfolio and your own compensation
**Qualifications**
- Prior experience negotiating agreements or deals
- Ability to communicate efficiently with a moderate to high level vocabulary
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and drive results.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Self awareness to know where you lack, and the ability to ask for help
- Situational awareness to know how to speak to different personality types, this is useful for contract negotiations

Pay: $40,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay (daily / weekly)
- Commission pay (monthly)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
