Do you fit the **part**?
**Qualifications**:
- 10+ years of previous related sales management experience is required
- Excellent automotive mechanical, parts, and tools knowledge
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Strategic thinker with a vision for improving Lordco’s retail experience
- Team player with strong supervisory skills
- Proficient knowledge of basic computer functions as well as Microsoft Office
- Ability to provide input and feedback on project planning and pricing initiatives
- Superior customer service skills, both on the phone and in-person
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with new and existing vendors to identify products for procurement
- Monitor and understand inventory levels and purchasing programs to maximize profitability while achieving desired inventory turns and sales volumes
- Collaborate with Lordco’s marketing department to advertise new product promotions and information to sales teams
- Assist in store displays and new store setups as required
- Support Outside Sales team members in the field for RFQ, RFP, and other potential sales opportunities
- Coordinate with vendors to support Lordco’s promotional initiatives
- Provide ongoing training for sales teams on product lines
- Contribute to building a strategic growth strategy for the Tools Division
