The Production Associate is responsible to handle the production and R&D activities of edible cannabis and cannabis extract products.

**Responsibilities**:
Operating the machinery required in making Gummies, Chocolates, and other extract products.

Assist with R&D projects under supervision of our QAP.
Handles production activities of edible cannabis and cannabis extracts.
Ensures a seamless production flow according to the set production schedules.
Promotes a team environment and supports positive employee relations.
Administers and enforces company policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Operation Manager.
Commits to the company’s GPP policy.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Full training will be provided in regard to operating the machinery
Attention to detail regarding labeling and storing the produced products.
Works in a production environment.
Part time first and eventually to Full-Time position.
Flexible availability, Available during weekdays and weekends
Required to wear PPE, hair net, and beard net, Etc... (if applicable) when entering the Production Area.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Related Experience
2 years experience in Production, cooking and a strong knowledge base in the areas of manufacturing, machine operation, R&D, procurement, warehousing, materials handling, and inventory control, preferably experience in the Cannabis extract/Edible cannabis industry.

Other Requirements

Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills and have demonstrated success in influencing change and organizational development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
