Scheduling Coordinator

Established in 1978, Alarme Sentinelle is a privately held full-service security company with a ULC listed and Five Diamond Monitoring Center. We provide customized solutions to customers in the greater Montreal region. With over 150 years of combined experience amongst our bilingual staff we are able to maintain high value service to our customers.
We are looking for a new detail-oriented and goal focused Team member to take the reigns as Scheduling Coordinator. You will be reporting directly to the Installation Manager and will work closely with all departments to ensure proper workflow.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee applicable laws and standards related to future and existing installations (ULC standards, Inspections, Fire, etc)
- Establish and maintain programs consisting of a high level of quality and timely service to customers for maximum retention
- Communicate new policies, installation techniques and other modifications to respective teams
- Promote a collaborative and positive work environment between sales, installations, and customer service center locations
- Maintain technical knowledge of current standards and new developments
- Plan equipment, tools and clothing needs for in-house technicians
- Prepare electronic and paper inspection reports and any documents related to the inspection process (ULC-561, ULC-536 and/or ULC-537)
- Participate in the training and/or any type of FIRE certifications of apprentice technicians
- Take charge of Sentinel’s Local Fire Alarm and Evacuations drills and plans
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer service interactions, discussions, information, and unresolved issues
- Daily verification and follow up of technician work orders and timesheets
- Ensure compliance with health, security, quality, and recycling policies
- Perform any other tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Customer service experience
- Oral and written fluency in French and English
- BSP card or able to qualify for a BSP card
- Ability to work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of security systems, industry technology and trends
- Knowledge of customer service software, database, tools an asset
- Knowledge of computer hardware functionality, networking, wireless technology an asset
- Must handle all information with confidentiality and discretion
**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour
