Responsible to the Senior Director, Regulatory Compliance, Training and Safety; the Regulatory Compliance Coordinator will coordinate meetings, actions, certificate renewals, industry groups, regulators and vendors pertaining to the execution of tasks within Regulatory Compliance, Safety and Training.

**JOB DESCRIPTION.**
Take and issue actions from various board meetings (SMSRB, TRB, Quarterly Review, Monthly review)
Liaise with the individual departments on matters relating to regulatory Compliance, Safety or Training, prepare briefing notes and provide presentations.
- Manage the scheduling and organization of all department programs relating to CCAA, ATAC, TCCA, EASA, FAA and management training commitments Document and track actions from Regulators or Regulatory related areas.
Assist in the updating, tracking and development of Departmental KPI's
- On behalf of the Senior Director, Regulatory Compliance, Safety and Training, assist in promoting and supporting safe and efficient operations at Air Canada.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Education: college diploma, professional degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to communicate in both written and oral English at an advanced level
- Comfortable with Microsoft office Suite (WORD,PPT,EXCEL,outlook etc.)
- Strong multitasking and teamwork skills
- Collaborative and positive approach to task execution
- Attention to detail and strong preparation skills

**Experience/Business Knowledge**
- 2 years of experience in a position involving coordination and the scheduling of activities is desirable.
- Proven teamwork and administrative skills.
- Previous scheduling and multi stakeholder coordination experience
- proven interpersonal skills, language skills, team skills, ability to resolve difficult scheduling situations.
- Experience in Regulatory Compliance, Quality, Training and Safety is an asset.
- Experience/exposure in Aviation related fields of Regulatory Compliance an asset.
