**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles and equipment are maintained and serviced regularly.
- Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely repairs and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance, registration, insurance, and compliance.
- Ensuring fleet operations comply with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitoring fuel levels and managing an inventory of parts and tires.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies regarding fleet operations.
- Foster positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns related to fleet performance.
- Communicating with transportation providers, shippers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Tracking shipments and managing logistics processes to meet customer demands
- Generating regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance, and other key metrics
- Communicating with drivers to assign vehicles, schedule changes, and provide updates
- Assign vehicles to drivers, plan and optimize routes for efficiency and productivity, and coordinate delivery schedules
- Oversee timely and accurate shipments, verify order and shipping document accuracy, and process freight orders
- Act as a central point of contact, communicating with customers, drivers, dispatchers, and vendors regarding updates, delays, and issues
- Generate reports on fleet performance, maintenance, and costs for management.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
