At **Evolve Contracted Resources**, we provide Human Capital Resources to major Automotive, Tier-1 Manufacturers, O&G, Industrial Facilities and Disaster Assistance companies all across North America.
As we continue to grow, we are looking to add _**multiple**_ **Technical Recruiters **to join our team working form our Office in Oakville, Ontario.
**Responsibilities**:
- Track, maintain and improve recruitment metrics
- Other duties as assigned
**.**
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of successful experience as a Technical Recruiter in corporate and/or agency environments ideally focused in engineering/manufacturing, industrial/commercial construction and disaster relief industries.
- Proficient in multiple search approaches (beyond LinkedIn and Job boards).
- Must be able to work under pressure, to multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with a sound sense of urgency and can quickly prioritize when presented with a list of all ‘top priority’ situations.
- Able to write reports, job descriptions, offer letters, and other human resources correspondence.
- Skilled in the assessment and selection of top talent.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Bilingual in French and/or Spanish a PLUS.
