**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations on the job site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to guide construction activities.
- Utilize construction management tools for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for projects, ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication throughout the project.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential; masonry restoration experience is highly recommended
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics an asset
- Experience with quality control measures in a construction setting is preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance improvement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- Elevated Platforms Certificate (preferred)
