We are seeking an **Automation Applications Specialist** with a strong background in industrial engineering to lead the development and deployment of advanced automation solutions for our customers. This role will act as a technical expert and key liaison between our engineering teams and customers, translating complex production challenges into efficient, scalable automation systems.

**What You'll Do**
- Serve as the primary technical resource for automation solution design, development, and implementation.
- Analyze customer requirements, production processes, and systems to propose automation solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Create quotations which includes concept, labour estimates, components selection and costing, ROI calculations, cycle charts, etc.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and on-site technical consultations.
- Provide post-deployment technical support and continuous improvement insights.

**Who You Are**
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing systems, industrial processes, and automation technologies (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, robotics, MES).
- Strong systems thinking and ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills - both technical and client-facing.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to “hit the ground running” and manage multiple priorities under mínimal supervision.

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
