- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for equipment reliability, generating detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Champion the use of condition monitoring technologies and data analysis to anticipate and prevent equipment failures.

Area 3: Development and implementation of a robust asset reliability and integrity program

- Develop and implement a comprehensive asset reliability and integrity program, encompassing criticality assessments, risk management, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct annual criticality assessments of mill assets, utilizing tools like ACR (Asset Criticality Ranking) to prioritize maintenance efforts and allocate resources effectively.
- Analyze and mitigate the probability and consequences of asset failures, employing methodologies like RPN (Risk Priority Number) to quantify and manage risks.
- Develop and implement a system for communicating production risks associated with each asset, ensuring stakeholders are informed and prepared.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices in asset reliability and integrity management.
- Build and maintain the asset historical data, and ensure that the data is used to improve the maintenance program.

Area 4: Continuous improvement and knowledge leadership.
