**Profile**
The **Non-Destructive Testing (NDT Level 3) Specialist** will be part of our In-Service Engineering - Structures team, who will be responsible for NDT inspections, developing procedures and investigations.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Develop NDT inspection procedures for various aircraft repairs, as well as design NDT calibration reference standards for in-service aircraft.
- Offer NDT expertise for investigation of parts.
- Provide technical support and respond to queries from our Customers
- Validate NDT procedures on in service aircraft
- Manage a stock of NDT equipment for support to Customers.
- Review and implementation of current and new De Havilland processes to maintain industry leadership.
- Participate in research and development projects involving new materials and advanced NDT technologies.
- You are certified as a CGSB, ASNT or NAS-410 NDT Level 3 in Eddy Current, Ultrasonic, Penetrant and Magnetic Particle testing and have an in-depth knowledge in Radiography.
- Some travel maybe required to assist our customers with implementation of maintenance tasks related to NDT
**Education and Professional Qualifications**
- Engineering degree in Materials, Metallurgy or Mechanical engineering, licensed or eligible as an PEO
**Experience**
- 5+ years’ experience
**Skills**
- Intermediate to advanced skillset in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
