**Job Title: Admissions Advisor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outreach activities to generate new leads and inquiries from prospective students.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales and enrollment targets.
- Schedule and conduct campus tours, informational sessions, and admissions interviews.
- Follow up with prospective students to address questions and concerns and to encourage enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students
- Work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing and financial aid, to support enrollment efforts.
- Participate in recruitment events, such as career fairs, open houses, and community events, to promote our programs and attract new students.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
- Proven sales experience with the ability to build rapport with prospective students both over the phone and in person.
- Experience in a private career college setting is preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of meeting sales and enrollment targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail, and Google Account.

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:
