**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting regional manager in recruitment activities (in Canada or overseas if necessary)
- Supporting the social media team for online marketing (Facebook, Skype, Livestream)
- Preparing logistics to host delegations (potential students, agents, partner institutions, etc.) and provide a campus tour
- Attending fairs, workshops, web seminars when required and visiting agencies, High-schools, ESL institutions
- Prepare regional pre-arrival information online and on live stream to increase conversion rate
- Assist admission lead in the admission process
- Ensure on deposits and follow up tuition payment
- Generate a registration report by the end of the registration for conversion and recruitment purposes
- Assist new and returning students for registration, upload study permit and verify all documents in Banner against originals
- Ensure the total payment of the tuition for the semester and following up on promissory note
- Assist the student with information to prepare the time table
- Record emergency contact information, Freedom of Information release, in Canada and offshore address in Banner
- Schedule English and math placement tests
- Onsite post-arrival orientation for new students
- Liaison with success advisors or coordinators to make sure any changes in the program for students who are in suspension, probation, unofficial break, etc.
- Liaison with the international service team to make sure compliance for status in Canada (checking visa and study permits)
- Liaison with the record department regarding graduation (diploma, convocation, post-graduation service, etc.)

**Qualifications/Experience**
- 2-year diploma in Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, Education, Office Administration or equivalent
- 1 year of experience required
- Intermediate knowledge of PC software and of integrated student information database systems (e.g., Student Information Systems, Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Internet, College Websites).
- A Second language from the geographic region and WES training are assets
- Cross cultural customer services and interpersonal skills.
- Related practical experience and/or equivalent amount of education and experience preferably in a post-secondary education and/ or International office
- Working effectively in a diverse environment.
