Job Posting - **Accounting General Manager**

**The Job Description/Requirements**
- **Must have** experience working in a public accounting firm with multiple clients
- **Must have** experience managing staff
- Communication with clients for information and problem-solving
- Manage and complete the most advanced files
- Manage and train staff of 10
- Perform detailed reviews of some client’s accounting files on QBO, after bookkeepers finish work, to find and fix errors
- Use Excel and Google Sheets to create logical reports and find solutions to tasks
- Research CRA and accounting and tax legislation to keep the firm up to date
- Work in a detailed and highly accurate manner with no need for reminders
- Prepare payroll reports and analysis for needed changes
- Develop and prepare a limited number of budgets and cashflow projections for clients
- Analyze data from various sources and generate needed reports
- Analyze and prepare HST reports

**Expected Education & Experience**:

- College or University Business Education
- Accounting and Payroll Designations
- At least 5 years experience with full cycle accounting in a multi-client environment
- Mastery of cloud software: QBO, Excel, Google Sheets, Wagepoint, Dext, Asana and Zoom
- Excellent working with and supervising co-workers
- Excellent with payroll
- Experience preparing T1, T2, T4 and T5’s will be a strong benefit

This is a blended remote and at-office position so you will need a fast and secure internet connection and an uninterrupted private dedicated office area at home. Lunan Accounting pays competitive wages and offers full benefits to our team.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
