**Admissions Representative**

**Oxford International Education Group** is seeking an **Admissions Representative** to support our North American schools. Some details of the role included below:
**Registrations & Enrollment**
- Ensure all registrations/enrollments/bookings are responded to in less than 24 hours
- Manage registration functions for all North American schools
- Enter individual and group registrations in the CLASS
- Create & issue invoices and LOAs
- Process local bookings and bookings from regions where we do not have sales staff
- Reply to questions from GRU when required
- Reply to inquiries from all schools and assist with Class related questions when necessary
- Reply to home stay related questions and student inquiries
- Support sales staff travelling for business
- Sustain orderly student records for all future, current and past students
- Process and disseminate cancellations in a timely manner
- Communicate with all staff about registration issues
- Oversee student records, including complete visas, insurance expiry, parental consent and custodianship declarations
- Prepare required reports for the Senior Management on all aspects of this position

**Sales**
- Assist with agent management for overseas and local Brazilian agents
- Support walk in students from any market
- Meet with students and potential students regarding course extensions/payments
- Monitor sales from local markets on a regular basis and make adjustments to the marketing plan as needed
- Conduct ongoing sales activities for all Oxford North American schools
- Manage and assist with trip preparation, travel, meetings and follow-up when required
- Prepare marketing materials for trips
- Participate in agent and/or student fairs when required
- Ensure the effective management of all student and agent inquires including response, data input and follow-up
- Manage agent visitations to the school
- Assist with all details of any familiarization trips planned to the city and school
- Maintain records and databases for all agents
- Assist with proposals for projects

**Formal Education and Job-Related Experience**:
This position requires a minimum formal education of College level. Minimum of two years related experience in recruitment, admissions or sales environment. (Second language an asset)

**Core Competencies**:

- Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment consistently meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to work effectively independently
- Enthusiastic for challenges and new initiatives

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Admissions: 1 year (preferred)
