**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through phone systems or in-person interactions.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services is advantageous.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
