We are currently seeking an experienced **Receptionist/Administrative Assistant** for our London office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome clients and visitors in person or on the telephone in a professional manner
- Formatting, printing and mailing formal reports to insurance companies and lawyers
- Submitting invoices to insurance companies
- Corresponding with insurance adjusters, law clerks and lawyers
- Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures
- Photocopying, faxing and filing documents
- Ensuring the administrative work and documentation are complete according to company standards
- Managing clinic and office calendars including checking in & out patients
- Process patient billings at time of service (credit card, debit, cheque & cash payments) including processing extended health benefits claims as required
- Ensuring workplace and overall clinic areas are clean and organized

**Key Qualifications**
- Diploma/Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel spreadsheet
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele
- Data entry experience
- Strong customer service and office administrative skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
- Previous medical clinic/legal office experience is an asset
