Fix Network is looking for an** IT Support Technician **able to take a firm grip on the wheel and complete our projects in a constantly changing world

**Your responsibilities as an IT Support Technician at Fix Network;**
- Provide IT support to corporate users and franchisees via phone or user portal;
- Reproduce, diagnose and solve technical problems experienced by users in a timely manner;
- Participate in the onboarding of new employees
- Perform maintenance, troubleshoot, repair and manage local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks and peripheral equipment, computer workstations and Internet connections;
- Prepare and configure computers;
- Control and monitor the use installed software;
- Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to identify and implement solutions;
- Provide advice and training to users in response to difficulties experienced;
- Collect data and organize and keep a log of problems and solutions for use by other Technicians in technical assistance;
- Other related tasks

**For this position you will need**:

- College diploma in computer network
- Good Knowledge of trouble shooting
- At least 2 year of experience in IT support;
- Excellent knowledge of Windows, MS Outlook, and other mail client software,
- Good knowledge of O365 and Azure
- Work hours (9:30 -6:00)
