**Come Join Our Team as a Computer Support Field Technician**

In this role, you will be responsible for providing over-the-phone, remote, and on-site computer and software technical support to dental offices, resolving and recording the results of many issues within the dental space, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to computers, networks, and peripherals within the dental space.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and the ability to learn quickly and be dynamic.
- Ability to effectively take notes and do research.
- Post secondary courses and additional certifications are beneficial, but not necessary for this opportunity
- Customer service skills and interpersonal skills are essential to build rapport with our long term clients.

**Requirements**:
We require a valid Class 5 driver's license, your own vehicle, and a mobile phone with a data plan. This is a hybrid position that involves both work from home and travelling to dental clinics situated throughout Calgary and area.

**Compensation and benefits**:
We offer a competitive starting wage and full with benefits package. This opportunity also offers room for growth in your position, opportunity for career advancement and performance-based bonuses. This position is Monday
- Friday daytime hours with no evenings or weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
