**Position Summary**
As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for all technology-related inquiries and issues within the company. You will support our team by maintaining hardware, software, and network systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that all staff have the tools they need to work efficiently. This is a permanent, full-time role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, providing exceptional support, and contributing to a technology-driven workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor network performance and assist with system upgrades and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, requests, and resolutions.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of staff, ensuring proper access and equipment setup.
- Educate and guide staff on best practices for IT security, software usage, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with external IT vendors and service providers as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance IT efficiency and reliability.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-service focused.
