**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Maintain and develop store with new ideas
- Develope and implement marketing campaigns ( store flyer distribution, lawn signs )
- Key part of job will be to present store on social media ( tiktok, instagram, facebook, kijiji) Training provided
- Organize and manage the storage of products, ensuring that items are easily accessible.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary items.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers or suppliers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the day.
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards within the store.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with technical sales is a plus, enabling effective communication of product features.
- Strong organizational skills are essential for managing inventory and maintaining store order.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment is highly valued.

Pay: $18.41-$20.00 per hour
