**About the Team **and** Business Line**:
Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.

As a valuable member of our Marketing & Communications team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

**Your** Role**:

- Produce marketing collateral for digital and print-use such as flyers, posters, brochures and corporate communications like logo, media kits, presentations, brand/style guides, event invitations.
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts
- Plan concepts by studying information and materials
- Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size, and style and related aesthetic concepts
- Use graphic design software to generate new images
- Mock up, paste and assemble final layouts to prepare layout for printers
- Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services printers, etc.
- Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, icons, internet websites and SharePoint sites
- Create layouts for branded document templates including MS Office suite

**About You**:

- You have 2-3 years of Graphic Design experience in digital and print.
- Experience in financial institution is an asset
- A Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma of Design / Graphic Design, or equivalent
- Completely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge in Abobe Aftereffects and Adobe Premier is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in day-to-day interactions while being reliable, flexible and consistent with proven ability to work & collaborate with cross-functional team
- Excellent communication skills
- Are deadline-oriented and results-driven
- Strong time-management skills
- Able to thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines with strong attention to details
