Job Title Graphic Designer Job Description Summary The Graphic Designer will support print and digital marketing deliverables including real estate listings, research thought pieces, team business development proposals, and presentations. Responsibilities Develop materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions. Develop unique creative approaches to each new project so the written and artistic messages are successfully integrated and carry a consistent theme. Create illustrations, graphics, and concepts that add value to collateral materials. Implement and maintain a high standard of design, format and production, adhering to national design standards. Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate business to add creative input that strategically enhances new business materials. Participate as a strong team member of the Americas Marketing team, actively contributing to Americas Marketing initiatives. Collaborate with Local Marketing Lead, and Regional/National/Americas Design and Communications teams. Communicate effectively with other Marketing Team members and Project Leads so that products are delivered accurately, on time, and to internal client specifications. Be a self‑starter, detail-oriented, well-organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in design, graphics or the creative arts. 2+ years of graphic design experience in marketing and corporate materials. Proficiency in the software listed below with corresponding skill levels: Adobe: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat – Expert. Microsoft Office Suite – Highly Proficient. Microsoft Teams – Desirable. Web design (working knowledge of front‑end development): Dreamweaver, WordPress, etc. – Desirable. Video editing capabilities (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects) – Desirable. Compensation The compensation for the position is: $63,750.00 - $75,000.00, based on factors such as collective bargaining agreement, geographic area, market pay rates, and candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
