Customer Supply Chain Analyst

Join Kellanova Canada as a Customer Supply Chain Analyst (12 Month Contract). Use your analytical skills to provide systems expertise that enables Kellanova to better structure and interpret our business data. In this customer-facing role, you will be an integral part of the Kellanova supply chain team where you will engage with our valued retailers & internal customer teams to drive improved case fill level, on-time arrival and integrate the supply chain. You will identify opportunities and manage projects to achieve improvement in key areas of our business, including on-time-in-full performance inbound and outbound, retail non-compliance costs and internal/external supply chain requests. Use your passion for working with customers alongside your analytical skills to enhance business performance. This is a hybrid role based out of our Mississauga office.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Acting as a Change Agent - Import and review performance data in Tableau, challenging any data that doesn’t align, to help make our company and products even better. As you collaborate with cross-functional teams on key items, you’ll feel a sense of pride as you present strong insights that change the way we do business.
Partnering with the Business - Issue on-time reports with accurate data and perceptive analyses. You’ll maintain a sharp focus on enabling our business to make more informed decisions through sharing your thoughtful input.
Creating Meaningful Presentations - Create dashboards that tell the real story behind the data. Unravel data sets to turn them into useful, productive material that drives decision-making forward.
Collaborating for Success - Partner with colleagues across the supply chain, including customers, to make progress toward key business goals. As a team player and numbers expert, you’ll show enthusiasm for working together as you present findings and insights that drive us toward the future.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Experience in customer service, logistics, production and procurement.
- Post secondary education in a relevant field.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for building positive relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex situations.
- Strong problem-solving ability and negotiation skills with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization. In addition, the ability to promote positive relations.
