**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Customer Service Representative to join

our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, mainly

contractors and homeowners, providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth

and have better understanding of our products. You will work closely with our sales team to

ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships with our clientele.

Main Responsibilities but not limited to:
Customer Care:
exemplary service for walk-in Customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services based on

their requirements.
- Manage incoming sales inquiries and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely

and accurate responses.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals.
- Process orders and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Gather feedback on customers about our service and support and relay the information

to the appropriate team.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively answer

customer questions.

Market and Product Knowledge:

- Stay up to date on industry trends, markets, and competitors.
- Expand knowledge by participating in training sessions and vendors programs.

Administrative Tasks
- Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system.
- Verify order details, pricing, and product availability.
- Perform administrative tasks as requested.
- Generate and process invoices accurately.
- Process credits and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in trade, sales, or customer service in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and NetSuite would be preferred.
- Familiarity with construction materials and methods is essential.
- Fluent Punjabi and English speaker.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
