**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a **Credit and Collections Analyst** to join our team in Vaughan, Ontario. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our top-line growth, profitability, and free cash flow, while minimizing bad debt risk and ensuring compliance with company payment terms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review customer accounts in accordance with credit policy.
- Develop and maintain a structured collection follow-up process.
- Communicate with customers to resolve credit and collections issues.
- Investigate and resolve customer deductions and chargebacks; determine credit eligibility.
- Manage and resolve disputes through consistent follow-up until resolution.
- Collaborate with sales and credit teams to address credit limit concerns with mínimal customer disruption.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Release customer orders daily.
- Escalate high-risk or problematic accounts to the Credit Manager.
- Support additional credit-related tasks as required.

**Qualifications**
- College or university degree.
- CCP designation or enrollment in the CCP program is required
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in credit and collections.
- Strong understanding of receivables management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with JD Edwards is an asset.
- Bilingual in French is an asset but not required.
