**Position Overview**:Are you a motivated and outgoing individual who enjoys meeting new people? As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, reaching out to potential customers in their homes to introduce them to solar. This role is perfect for self-starters who are driven by results and want to make a positive impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with homeowners in assigned areas to promote and sell solar.
- Present product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns.
- Track and report daily sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
