Our current need is for energetic and self-motivated **Territory Sales Representative** to join our growing company for territories covering the **Cambridge/Kitchener/Waterloo and East Toronto area.**
**What will you be doing?**
In this role, you will be promoting the sales and service of dock levelers, dock seals/shelters, industrial doors, HVLS Fans, air barriers, overhead door service and more.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Build and implement a customized territory sales plan - managing existing customer base and cold-calling prospects to grow your business
- Assist in developing and achieving company sales targets on a consistent basis with any limitations quickly and effectively communicated to your manager
- Track qualified sales leads and leverage marketing support to turn prospects into clients
- Attend client meetings and conduct business in a professional manner
- Prepare and present detailed quotations to potential clients
- Keep abreast of industry and competitor trends and market activities, and share this knowledge to sales team and management
- Ensure that all assigned and required training is current in order to conduct business at client sites
**What skills, experience and education are we looking for?**
- Must have at least 2-3 years of previous sales or account management experience and comfortable presenting to key stakeholders.
- Preferred experience working with Overhead Doors and/or Docks
- The ability to comfortably and successfully 'cold call' in a professional manner
- Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure successful follow-up
- Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- Excellent presentation, communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- University degree or College diploma in Sales, Marketing, and/or Business Management would be an asset.
- Knowledge of skilled trades (i.e. construction, industrial, dock, and doors) would be a strong asset.

**Salary**: $31,000.00-$131,088.82 per year
