**Overview**:
Welcome to One Voice Changemakers Alliance, where we are committed to addressing homelessness and mental health challenges through compassionate and innovative solutions. Our mission revolves around providing secure housing and comprehensive mental health support to individuals in need.

We are currently in search of a dedicated Door-to-Door Fundraiser to join our esteemed team. As a Fundraiser, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our fundraising initiatives to achieve our organizational objectives.
- PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A COMMISSION-BASED POSITION_

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate and execute fundraising strategies aimed at meeting donation targets
- Identify and nurture relationships with potential donors
- Coordinate and participate in fundraising events
- Draft compelling grant proposals and comprehensive reports
- Employ market research to identify and capitalize on new fundraising prospects
- Maintain accurate donor databases and records
- Deliver exemplary customer service to donors and stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in fundraising or a related domain
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in conducting market research to bolster fundraising endeavors
- Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Genuine passion for the mission and values of our organization

The Fundraiser will receive a commission of 35% of the total funds raised, disbursed on a biweekly basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $17.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 35 per week

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
